TABLE was built out of the necessity for smarter collaboration channels for businesses to provide great customer experience. Together we are focused on making better digital and physical experiences for customers of all kinds.
Blame the internet, or millennials, or whatever you want. But like all good revolutions that started with a passionate group around a table in a pub, the Customer Experience Revolution is here.
Long before there was TABLE, co-founders Cristian and Noel worked together building a large-scale design community software called Dropr. As Dropr grew, the software they wanted to provide great customer experience was sorely lacking.
As users of the leading customer service products, the new features continued to ignore the needs of customers, the end-users, but the prices for this ‘agent software’ kept going up. Noel and Cristian saw the opportunity to build something different that was amazing for customers, easy for agents, yet still affordable for businesses.
A few years in, the team now consists of pros with backgrounds in Software, Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail, Architecture, and Design. Collectively we have built several companies in the past and today we’re passionate about tackling the problem that CRM software and complex ticketing systems are not what your CUSTOMERS actually want.
