Co-founder and CEO, TABLE
Cristian began his customer experience journey after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design as an architect and physical experience designer, working on innovative stadiums and hotels including Shea Stadium in New York and the American Airlines Arena in Miami. After completing his MBA, in 2004 he founded and led the IM-AT Group, a hybrid design, consulting, and implementation firm that focused on retail and experiential projects for large companies in the Latin American market like CocaCola, Delta Airlines, Grand Vision, Entel/Vodafone, Ripley, and Falabella where he completed over 400 projects and grew the company to 200 employees.
Cristian’s passion for CX continues to this day, having helped dozens of major companies create award-winning and transformative experiences for their customers.
Co-founder and President, TABLE
Simon began his customer experience journey as a startup founder after receiving his Masters in Electrical Engineering. He grew the business for over a decade before joining Comba Telecom, a global wireless service provider and manufacturer, where he served as President for 8 years. Simon left to help co-found TABLE, bringing his experience in communications, global leadership, and extensive network from his home-base in Hong Kong. Customers appreciate Simon’s expertise implementing CX within large companies and complex industries like manufacturing, which require additional consultation, design, and optimization.
Simon’s passion for CX continues to this day and he is hand’s on with some of TABLE’s biggest and most well-known customers in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.
Director of Sales and CX, TABLE
Lindsay began her customer experience career selling to auto enthusiasts at Mini Cooper and BMW. In 2014 she made the switch to selling software to real estate agencies across the US at SmartZip. She flourished within the fast-paced start-up life and later managed the national sales team. From SmartZip she joined the Corporate Sales team at HubSpot, a leader in marketing and sales automation software, selling to their largest accounts. At HubSpot she fine-tuned her customer experience skills before making the switch to TABLE, where she leads our Sales and CX teams.
Lindsay believes the best way to sell is to provide an excellent experience throughout the entire customer journey.
Customer Experience Manager, TABLE
Anya began her customer experience journey in marketing at real estate and media companies before joining TABLE as one of the first employees. She drove early marketing efforts across the website, social media, events, and paid ads before transitioning to become TABLE’s first Customer Experience Manager, or CXM. In this role she is TABLE’s internal CX champion, connecting the dots between marketing, sales, product, and of course, our customers.
Anya is not only passionate about CX, she is one of the most well-known faces at TABLE and a favorite CX resource among our customers.
VP of Marketing, TABLE
Ryan began his customer experience journey managing thousands of small retail accounts for a nationwide apparel licensor. He worked in luxury marketing for retail and wholesale consumer packaged goods (wine!) before switching to software in 2013. He was fortunate to join Zendesk prior to their IPO and through two acquisitions of live chat software, Zopim, and Saas analytics provider, BIME. He held executive level roles in marketing, product, and growth before joining TABLE to bring customer experience to retailers and software companies around the world.
