What are Experiences?

Experiences are a contextual series of steps a customer can take when they interact with your business.  You can share Experiences anywhere with a url or embed code, and program them to do anything you want. It can start with an automated bot asking questions, shift to appointment booking, then transfer to live chat or video calls.

What are Agents?

Agents are the members of your team who interact directly with customers.  They can live chat, make video calls, be booked for appointments, and use the iOS and Android apps. 

Do you offer a free trial?

Can I change my plan anytime?

You can update your plan or team anytime on Launch and Pro plans. Enterprise accounts are invoiced annually.

Can I pay by invoice? 

Pro and Enterprise customers have the option to pay by invoice. Launch accounts are paid by credit-card.

What currencies do you accept?
