Your privacy is valued and respected by Dropr C Corp (“TABLE”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of information, including Personally Identifiable Information, that we gather from you when you use our Services (the “Services”), as well as your choices regarding use and disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information. As used in this Privacy Policy, the term “Personally Identifiable Information” means information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us.

Introduction

TABLE collects information from the integration of TABLE’s Services (the
Services”) into websites and applications created and distributed by third party Customers (“Customer Sites“). This privacy policy governs TABLE’s collection of information from end users of websites and applications who have accessed a Customer Sites that integrates TABLE’s Services
(“Users“). This privacy policy does not govern any collection or disclosure of information by third parties, including third parties that own or operate the Customer Sites that integrate TABLE’s Services (“Customers”). For information on third party information collection policies and practices, you must contact those individual third parties.

Acceptance of this Privacy Policy

By (a) accessing our Services, and/or (b) downloading, installing or using any associated application supplied by TABLE, and/or (c) using our Services you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Service. Each time you use our Service, the current version of the Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, whenever you use our Service, you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the top) and review any changes since the last version. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all Service visitors, registered users, and all other users of our Service.
Further, you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service, which is incorporated by reference, and by accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to our Terms of Service, do not access or use our Service.

What information does TABLE collect?

TABLE collects information through your use of Customer Sites, including: Device Information – We collect information about devices running Customer Sites, including Internet protocol address, MAC address, browser type, operating system, and, if applicable, carrier information and country
code. Site Usage Information – We collect information about how Customer Sites are used, such as the frequency and duration of usage, and your activities on Customer Sites, such as browsing patters, mouse movements, scroll movements and purchase history. Information provided by you – We may collect information you provide to us through your use of Customer Sites, such as contact information or feedback, chats conducted through TABLE’s services (including text, audio and video chats) and survey responses. Additionally, we may use cookies to monitor traffic patterns and collect information about your previous visits to Customer Sites.

Does TABLE collect real-time location information?

TABLE may collect information about the location of your device if you access a Customer Site from a device and location services are enabled for any Customer Sites on such device. We use location information to provide Customers with information about the use of their Customer Sites and to assist in improving their services. Anonymous location information may be shared with third parties for their independent use. See the “Opt-out” section below for details on limiting the collection of location information.

How does TABLE use information collected from you? 

TABLE Internal Use – We use information collected from Users to provide partner Customers with information about the usage of Customer Sites that integrate the TABLE’s Services. We will share information collected from Users with third parties only in ways described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose information we collect from Users to:
Third parties as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; Third parties as we deem necessary, based on our good faith belief, (i) to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, (ii) to investigate fraud, or (iii) to respond to a government request; Trusted services providers who work on our behalf, who do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in the privacy statement; Third parties in conjunction with a merger, acquisition or sale of TABLE. If TABLE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information; Customers in the form of aggregated, anonymous data about the way you use Customer Sites so that Customers can improve their respective Customer Sites. 

Opt-out

Data Retention Policy, Managing your Information


TABLE will retain information about the use of Customer Sites by Users except where prohibited by law.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us
at privacy@table.co. If we obtain actual knowledge that a User is under thirteen, we will promptly delete such information from our files.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here, https://www.table.co/privacy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your Consent

By using a Customer Site, you are consenting to our collection and processing of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer/hand-held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Customers sites and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the U.S. TABLE acts as a data processor and will process information on the Customer’s instructions and we will hold such data securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
